Gizmogo Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Gizmogo. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Return Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and replacements. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Use, the following conditions apply:
Limited Warranty:
Gizmogo represents and warrants only to you, the original purchaser, that all content, materials, products, services, functionality, and other items included on or otherwise made available to you through the Company Sites shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the twelve (12) month period after the date of purchase ("Limited Warranty"). Any and all claims under this Limited Warranty require valid proof of purchase.
Exclusions:
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Purchases outside of the contiguous United States.
- Consumable parts (e.g., batteries).
- Third-party technology, including damages caused by such technology.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or spillage of food, liquids, or other products.
- Acts of God, such as earthquakes, fires, or floods.
- Non-standard use, cosmetic damage (including scratches and dents), and defects due to ordinary use (e.g., dead pixels, broken buttons, wear and tear, etc.).
Remedy:
In the event of a valid claim under the Limited Warranty, Gizmogo, at its sole and absolute discretion and to the extent permitted by law, will repair, replace, or exchange the defective item with one of equal or similar value. Gizmogo does not warrant that any replacement will offer the same functionality as the original product. If a replacement cannot be provided, Gizmogo may issue a refund for the purchase price, if applicable.
Changes to Terms of Use:
Gizmogo reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Terms of Use through the Company Sites. You must check Gizmogo.com regularly for any updated Terms of Use. You accept the updated Terms of Use by continuing to use or access any of the Company Sites or otherwise engaging with the Company after we post any changes.
